Join stakeholders from across the state for a meaningful day trip to Sumner, Mississippi, to honor the life and legacy of Emmett Till.

In August 1955, 14-year-old Emmett Till was abducted from his bed and brutally murdered in a barn in Mississippi. His tragic death sparked national outrage and became a catalyst for the modern Civil Rights Movement just months later.
